The pomelo and rose come through cleanly at first, but it’s the woody oak that lingers after the wicks are out. Burns evenly across all five flames, and the whole room smells like a classy toast without being cloying.
The five wicks throw an incredible amount of scent for one candle, and the sparkling wine note comes through crisp without being too sweet. Lasted through several evenings of entertaining and the woody oak base kept it from feeling like a cheap fruity candle.
The pomelo and rose combo is what sold me, and it throws a stronger scent than I expected for a candle this size. Five wicks means the whole room fills up fast, and the wine note stays classy, not sugary.
