The juniper note comes through immediately, sharp and clean against the smoky cedar, and it fills my whole hallway without being overpowering. Burned it for about three hours last night and the ember warmth lingered into the morning, which is exactly what I hoped for.
I lit this in my living room and the fir balsam makes it smell like a winter cabin, but the embers note keeps it from being too sweet. The large jar has burned evenly for over a week with no tunneling, which is more than I can say for most candles I've tried.
The smoky cedar and juniper come through exactly as described—my hallway smells like a winter cabin after just twenty minutes. The burn is even so far, no tunneling, and the ember note lingers nicely without being overpowering.
